Eechinophyta's Experiment


To: All my friends~~~

Date: 23 & 24 April 2011

Experiment: Sleep at 4am-6am+, then 9am-11am.


Introduction:


Nowadays, young generations like to stay up late to study, gaming or chating. They often mixed up their days and nights, sleep in the morning, being active at night. This has became a trend of young generations.


Objectives:


1. To study how sleep affect our daily lives.

2. To tell my friends who like to sleep EARLY as in early morning, the disadvantages of not having enough sleep.


Material: 1 Eechinophyta, 1 laptop and some books.


Procedure:


1. Echinophyta has studied or used laptop for study or entertainment purposes till late night.

2. Echinophyta has forced herself not to sleep although she wanted to.

3. Echinophyta slept when she really can't take it anymore.

4. Echinophyta woke up in the morning as usual.

5. The observations are recorded.


Results:


1. Can't focus on daily activities.

2. The pimples started to pop out.

3. Dark eye rings and heavy eye bags.

4. Rough skin surface.


Discussion:


1. Stay up late has caused the brain to overwork, overwork lacking with enough rest, results in lack of concentration.

2. Stay up late has affected the time for our body to detoxification (11pm-4/5am, at these periods we should be in deep sleep), results in rough skin surface and appearance of pimples.

3. Stay up late has caused the eyes to be overused, overusing of eyes caused stress to our muscles and blood capillaries around our eyes, and hence causing dark eye rings.


Conclusion: Don't stay up late la~~ X)
